Owners Don and Kitty Speranza bring a touch of Old World hospitality to their inn in a lush valley near the Columbia River, where they teach cooking classes with a Mediterranean vibe. Learn to make focaccia, antipasti, sauces, even ice cream, often with ingredients plucked right from the garden. While everything’s cooking, you can play a round of bocce at the court down by the creek.
